Explanation of method

Soli-lunar cycle:
Moon rotates over Earth, Earth rotates over Sun.

This angle (phase) between them occurs every month again.

History And Background Of Jonas Method

Slovak medicine doctor and astrologer Eugen Jonas (*11.11.1928) worked out one sentence of the eldest astrologic book, greek Tetrabiblos of egyptian author Claudius Ptolemaios (100-175 aC).
This sentence tells: "fertility of woman is conducted according to Moon." 1956 Jonas published first time his scientific conclusions of principles mentioned higher.
He started to test his method on thousands of volunteers in his Center Astra in Nitra, Slovakia.
Important scientific support he obtained from Dr. Kurt Rechnitz in Budapest, Hungary, who tested the method for purposes of contraception.
Their results were validated by Prof. MUDr. Malek, professor of Prague universtiy and gynecologist of international reputation.
Activity of dr. Jonas research centre was terminated after invasion of russian troops in August 1968 to former Czechoslovakia.
Was never fully renovated again. And although dr. Jonas later concealed the real know-how of his method, method functioned and functions.
He himself stayed orthodox catholic and father of nine children, lives in Velka Mana, Slovakia.
