What do we need from you
To prepare your conception calendar of fertile days we need to receive the following by email or phonecall:
- date of your birth,
- place of your birth,
- time of your birth.
- You may add the same concerning your husband.
- We would welcome your photo as an attachment.
- Is there something more we should know about your attempts to get pregnant?
- Your payment to our account.
How to pay for the service
The payment of 70 Euro or 100 USD has to reach our bank account before any service will be provided.
